I'm Kelly a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives through fitness and well-being. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from beginners taking their first steps into a healthier lifestyle to seasoned athletes striving for peak performance.

My training approach is rooted in the belief that fitness should be both effective and enjoyable. I'm here to motivate, educate, and support you on your journey, tailoring workouts to your specific goals and needs. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, gain strength, improve flexibility, or enhance overall health with good nutrition, I'll design a customized fitness program that makes the path to success both challenging and rewarding.

As someone who is deeply passionate about fitness, I stay on top of the latest training techniques, nutrition strategies, and health trends. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain a sustainable and long-lasting fitness journey.

A little about me, I have always lived an active lifestyle playing various sports growing up, found my passion for Crossfit 10 years ago & have been training in that since then, I love to challenge myself with a few competitions throughout the year, I love to lift weights, train hard and fuel my body right with good nutrition, most of all I love how it makes me feel, mentally & physically strong, good for the mind body & soul.

When I'm not in the gym training, you can find me in the great outdoors, I love camping, walking my dog, swimming in the ocean, which keeps me inspired and refreshed, ready to bring my best to every training session.

Bell Purser

I believe the fundamentals for a successful, fulfilling and happy life are adopting a well balanced and CONSISTENT approach to physical activity and nutrition.

Starting out in the industry back in 2015, I built my own brand whilst dipping my toes into the bodybuilding competition world. Competing taught me many lessons; it showed me just how far I could push myself mentally and physically, showed me what I could achieve when my mind was put to it and it certainly solidified my love for exercise and the amazing things it does for you both mentally and physically.

Health, fitness and training has always been more of a lifestyle choice for me. It's a lifestyle I love and would recommend to anyone and everyone! Hence why my aim to help people find their own health and happiness through fitness and eating well, using a scientific and enjoyable approach. After all it is a #lifestyle. ​

Training has not only improved me physically but has helped me develop confidence and a love for my body for what it is currently and what it has the potential to be, no matter where I am with my progress. Knowing how fitness and health has improved my mind-set, energy levels, physical strength and eating habits, overall improving my happiness and quality of life it has inspired me to encourage and help others do the same.

Callum Crawford-Walker

I’ve always been someone who’s been pretty active, my parents worked out the best way to harness that was to get me into doing some sport, unsure if it was better for them or me. Prior to becoming a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach I was an international middle distance athlete. The knowledge and experience I gained from competing at this level but also from working with high level coaches has allowed me to develop a tool kit of knowledge to help others push themselves to reach their goals. 

 

My aim is to create a positive environment to help people push themselves to improve their wellbeing whether that is to build muscle, lose fat, improve performance in sport or improve their mental health. 

 

I’ve worked with a range of clients. Some rebuilding strength after a stroke, others to keep active and lose weight. Notably, I worked with St Mary’s University Athletics Team as their strength and conditioning coach, working with elite and Olympic athletes during their training cycle building into the upcoming season. 

 

I believe that exercise is key to a happier lifestyle and with consistency and hard work you can achieve your goals.
